[問題] 長距離訓練早餐吃什麼
跑馬菜雞,報了今年的長榮馬
最近開始長距離訓練
時間大約都是五點起床,五點半開跑
平常跑個10公里左右不吃東西沒關係
但長距離一跑就是25-30公里
不吃真的沒辦法
最近幾次都是
福x雙效蛋白飲一罐(約178卡)
加上in一包
然後10公里一條膠
這樣跑下來是不會餓
但覺得好不健康
從起床到跑完,就是一直在攝取糖分
香蕉是不錯的選擇
但每次吃完,跑步中必拉
所以想問問大家
長距離訓練前大家都怎麼吃呢?
有沒有方便又健康的選擇
