[問題] 勾腿改善?

最近跑友幫我拍跑步姿式,對照其他人從我身旁跑過去對比,發現我勾腿比別人高很多,
這造成了我多餘的體力消耗….
我現在有點捉不到竅門改善這問題,因爲我也有垂直振輻過高問題,跑慢有點像在跳的感
覺…肯請各位前輩指導一下,讓自己跑步效率提高
