[問題] 跑步送髖請益

大家好。
小弟是快樂慢跑組,大概7分速到8分速之間。
每週沒有固定跑步時間,大概一次跑3-5公里。
因為之前跑步比較隨性,覺得慢慢跑就好。
近期想要有點突破,所以想練習送髖。
練習過程中碰到一些狀況想請教。
狀況如下:
1.跑步中大腿外側靠近臀部(是髖關節嗎)的痠,代表用對地方了嗎?
2.不確定是不是調整跑步姿勢的關係,第一圈跑完心率就快速上升。
是正常狀態嗎?是的話可以怎麼樣改善呢?
3.如果跑得慢一點或是距離短些,這樣的練習是否還是有效的呢?
