[討論] 間歇跑低於目標配速時,該撐還是收工?

安安打給厚,到操場會常常看到有人在跑間歇跑,尤其是跑團好想都喜歡約操場跑間歇。
在操場久了,會跟很多熟面孔聊天,其中有草根跑者,也有從小當選手出生的,跟他們交流
會得到蠻多寶貴資訊的。
今天聊到:間歇跑做不到目標配速時,要降速ㄍㄧㄥ完課表,還是直接收工?草根跑者認為
有課表就要完成,例如設定800x10,一圈100秒。後面如果ㄍㄧㄥ不上去了,那就降成110秒
,120秒,但10趟還是要跑完。課表多吃幾次就能撐下來了。
而體育班出生的則是建議,速度ㄍㄧㄥ不住了,就直接收工吧。因為間歇的目的是練速度跟
最大攝氧量,速度不到目標配速,降速就變成在練速耐了,那就不是間歇的目標。練速耐就
跑速耐的課表,練間歇就跑間歇的課表,不要混淆,讓訓練模稜兩可。
兩個說得都蠻有道理的,有在跑課表的版友會怎麼選擇呢?
