[問題] 當速度進步後,有人也會忘記怎麼慢下來嗎

前幾年沒有追求成績時,都固定六分多速跑健康而已
這一兩年開始認真練速度以後,跑姿也跟著最佳化
如今可能肌肉記憶有所變化,習慣起腳就是五分半配
有時還要提醒自己起步別太衝以免心率上升太過劇烈
但當我想要輕鬆跑zone 2的時候(6'30"到6'45")
跑姿變得很彆扭,腳步變得很拖很沉,不如跑tempo那樣輕快
好像身體已經忘了怎麼跑得慢一樣
各位大神有過這種經驗嗎?你們是怎麼調整的呢?
