小弟今年20歲

日前報名了一場路跑
感覺跑沒多久就會氣喘吁吁
回頭看一下手錶發現心跳已經高達180
與我同行的哥哥心跳才150不到
因此想請教板上先進們
請問
這樣常態跑步心跳壓在180~190
加速時甚至會到200 會造成身體什麼不良的影響嗎?
有什麼好方法可以降低心跳同時維持速度嗎?
感覺已經沒辦法再降低速度了,再慢就變走的了
有點怕日後當兵沒辦法順利跟上
故想提前慢慢訓練!
