30年前，有一群台灣人和外國人每個禮拜六縱橫在山林裡，利用麵粉作記號，上山下海踏
遍台灣每一個角落。現在我們邀請您和我們一起跑入大自然，在進行刺激比賽同時，亦可
沿途欣賞優雅宜人的山林風景。同時選手完成比賽，將提撥金額捐助需要幫助的團體及家
庭。

30 Years ago a group of Taiwanese and foreign runners began running every
Saturday. Using flour to mark the trails, they ran up mountains down to the
sea and across all corners of Taiwan. We invite you now to join in an
exciting race through the great outdoors in this same spirit of discovery.
Proceeds from this event will go toward helping disadvantaged families.
