BONZI ON HOLD Rockets forward Bonzi Wells was on the inactive list Friday for the third consecutive game and could remain there for a while. Rockets coach Jeff Van Gundy , who Oct. 23 guessed Wells would need two to three weeks to be ready to play, would not predict when Wells would be in shape enough to be on the active roster. "He's just focusing on his conditioning, getting his legs," Van Gundy said. "I rushed him back. That's on me. I shouldn't have. I probably shouldn't have even put a timetable on it. That was probably another mistake. "I'm going to let it work itself out ... and not put a timetable on it so it's not disappointing or people (ask) what's wrong. "There's nothing wrong, other than he's got to get in the best possible shape so he can play as well as he can. In putting him out there, I made the wrong decision.
