[問題] [運傷] 容易小腿抽筋
比賽或練習前我都會做拉筋的動作
通常中前半段的時間都沒問題
但是到了比賽後半段 要是突然做出衝刺或是跳躍的動作時 就會抽筋
要不然就是會有隱隱約約要抽筋的感覺 這樣也打得很不盡興 綁手綁腳的
然後比賽就泡湯了...
有沒有哪些熱身動作能預防抽筋
或是賽前一根香蕉會不會好點呢?
