剛剛去看看的 City Council won't be hurried on Sonics http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/sonics/2002916347_sonics07m.html KeyArena inaction frustrates Sonics Sale or relocation of team still possible http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/basketball/265900_sonicsplan07.html 上面兩篇大概是在說 : 球團有點不太高興目前政府方面做的回應 , 西雅圖市議會現在還是在採取拖台錢的態度 , 一直不肯給予最後的答覆(經費補助) 因此超音速被賣掉或是搬家的可能性仍舊存在~ (其實我有點搞不懂為何這次的決議遲遲不能通過,西雅圖水手主場賽菲柯中心當初也有申請補助,但是沒像超音速那麼艱難!!) Sonics president Wally Walker released a statement Wednesday saying the club has "retained advisors to help us explore options, including a new facility within the region and potential sale of the franchises, particularly given the numerous inquiries that we have received." One of those interested parties could be San Diego Padres owner John Moores, who has long held an interest in acquiring an NBA team. Orz Allen says he’s not interested in buying Sonics http://www.thenewstribune.com/sports/sonics/story/5649666p-5069638c.html Paul Allen說我沒有興趣把超音速買下來 !! 有鑒於拓荒者一直在賠錢加上近期無法止跌回升讓Paul Allen產生去意 , 而在他的手下所擁有的另一隻職業球隊NFL西雅圖海鷹打出了好成績 , 因此很多人都猜Paul Allen想把超音速買下來 , 這樣子他就可以同時有 2個西雅圖的職業球團!! 然而當Paul Allen面對波特蘭跟西雅圖的記者做專訪時 , 他明確的表示 : 我已經被問過這問題數次了 , 但是我卻沒興趣 , 我對超音速一點興趣也沒有!! Paul Allen說現在他最關心的事情 , 是如何把拓荒者脫手 , 而不是如何去買下超音速 , 然後Paul Allen還說到另一個原因 , 他認為目前球團要面臨的挑戰可能不單單只是財務方面的問題 , 就連超音速到底會不會留在西雅圖都沒人能保證 Paul Allen說 : 我不想看到西雅圖成為沒有NBA職業球隊的城市 , 我並不樂見 , 但就像我說過的 , 除非已經有了完善的設備以及場地 , 不然只是在賠錢 , 所以現狀來看 , 對於任何人來說 ..... 進駐西雅圖都是一件很困難的事情 !!
