INJURY UPDATE: Allen said the bone bruise on his left ankle
still causes discomfort but he has been able to play increased
minutes with the absence of Rashard Lewis. Allen said he is
reminded of the injury on mornings when the right foot area stiffens.
"I get down (to the arena) early enough when I maneuver around and
jump in the pool and get my body moving," he said. "I just try to
keep my body active before I start running and jumping. Right now,
there's just a little bit of achiness and soreness."
Allen表示先前左腳踝的挫傷仍舊有些困擾著他，但他已經可以
在Lewis目前不在的當下增加上場的時間。Allen也說到每天早上
右腳部份有些僵硬的感覺，提醒著他還有傷的情況。
"今天我很早就到這(球場)，開始進行練習，在水池中跳躍讓身體
活動起來，"他說到。"我就是在我開始奔跑跳躍前讓自己保持好的
狀態。現在只有一些酸痛的感覺。"
