Presti was promoted to Executive Vice President and General Manager prior to the 2009-10 season. The Thunder won 50 games last season capping a league best 27-game turnaround. Presti was named NBA Executive of the Year by The Sporting News after the Thunder captured the franchise's first playoff berth in Oklahoma City.
