灰狼就必需好好培養McCants的天份，
(sorry這句不知怎麼表達)
將有爆炸性天份卻容易腦充血的McCant's帶進穩定的環境是關鍵，
所以有KG和McHale做為典範是相當重要的，這位北卡的神奇射手在腦袋清楚的時候
有接管比賽的能力，那也是能讓他成為明星的性質。
第二輪選上的Wright是一個可靠的綠葉球員，雖然對NBA來說他是小號球員，而且
在大學時期從未讓印第安納更進一步
