這篇一樣也是從JazzHoops Forums看到的 http://0rz.net/be0rw Utah Jazz and Portland Trail Blazers Close to a Deal By Eric Pincusfor HOOPSWORLD.comJun 12, 2005, 06:55 Hoopsworld.com has learned that the Utah Jazz and Portland Trail Blazers are considering a trade that would send Gordan Giricek, Kirk Snyder and the 6th pick in the draft from Utah to the Blazers in return for the 3rd pick, Ruben Patterson and the rights to Sergei Monia. Both sides are said to be happy with the deal, but will still consider other offers as the draft nears. Speculatively, the Jazz would have their choice of point guards between Deron Williams and Chris Paul. Williams would seem the logical fit, but Utah representative allegedly participated in the Blazer's workout of Paul. Portland is said to have their eyes on Gerald Green and Martell Webster. The Jazz would move out two of their three shooting guards in the trade, leaving free agent Raja Bell as their only possible returnee at that position. Patterson would likely come off the bench behind Andrei Kirilenko and Matt Harpring. Second year player Kris Humphries also plays small forward. Another move could be likely to shore up the roster at the two. Monia would likely continue his career abroad until the Jazz were able to make room for him on the roster. The Blazers would add a pair of guards to a team that was desperate last season for shooting. Moving Patterson would thin out the logjam at small forward.
