[傷害] 有關熱敷冰敷的困惑
之前膝蓋跟人家對撞受傷了~~~
之後也有陸陸續續的復健~~~
打算最近幾天去投個籃的~~~
請問一下各位大大~~~
1、投籃之後是要熱敷還是冰敷呢???
有人說熱敷是要讓肌肉獲得鬆弛~~
有人說冰敷可以防止血管持續破裂~~
2、有沒有一些動作是適合膝蓋剛受傷完可以練習的??
