[其他] 我的跳投姿勢
最近比較有空閒時間,所以想好好的訂正自己的投籃姿勢
從以前到現在,我打球總是被別人說不協調
我自己也很明白這個缺點
一個老師曾經跟我說過:
打籃球第一重要的是在場上的籃球智商
第二個就是協調性
協調性不好不只打起來比較費力,也容易受傷
現在也過了那種靠體能殺進殺出的年紀了
所以我想趁這段時間把跳投練起來
希望各位能夠幫忙指正我投籃的缺點
跳投1、身體都會前傾
