[問題] 36T飛輪的疑問
我一週大約會有三~四天會騎車
早上是平均12%的坡,耗時約8~9分鐘,大約慢Strava上的前十名3分鐘左右
晚上會跑兩趟平均5.6%的坡,耗時約15分鐘,大約慢前十名五分鐘左右
我自己踩健身器材看起來,最大功率大約190w,超過三十分鐘後會逐漸下降到150w,超過
六十分鐘後大約剩100w,持續一下再衝也頂多拉回130左右
目前有幾種想法想要改尺比降低實際爬坡時的負擔
目前車上配置是11s 50/34 11-32
方案一 據説11s可以改山地車飛輪,只要裝延長吊耳跟鏈條長度就好,所以我其實想直上
11-40T,它末段尺比是28 32 36 40
優點: 對我來說應該36就夠了,40是保留一個選擇,反正都要改,一次改足。
缺點1: 很重,我車目前10.7公斤,換40T山地車飛輪剛好湊齊11公斤
缺點2: 尺比間距拉大,有可能每換一檔,迴轉速就被拉下一點,一瞬間感覺很吃力
缺點3: 有可能根本用不到40T,我不是爬坡派的,只是單純上班要爬坡,終極目標只有普
通武嶺,東進武嶺不在腦海中,改完以後有一堆缺點,結果還用不到40T感覺很虧
方案二 改副廠偷輕飛輪11-36
優點 : 至少車重持平,不要再重下去了,車已經重到我覺得換車比較快的程度
缺點 : 如果未來去騎武嶺,有可能不夠的話,又要再改一次
所以想請問,有用50/34 36T飛輪的人,覺得夠用嗎?
