[問題] 蝶式的技巧請益
之前昨天遇到好心的人指導我了蝶式的技巧
1.他告訴我在水底就划手會很累 靠近水面在划
試了之後果然順很多
2.他告訴我蝶腰最重要 把手交疊放在前方 眼睛看著雙手
然後「想像」我跟著雙手在上下起伏 多練幾次就可以找到腰發力的點
問題來了 我在入水的時候可以出到腰力 並把屁股抬出水面
但是頭要往上的時候卻很慢 不知道要如何發力 幾乎都是用「浮」得出水
很慢才可以靠近水面做划手的動作
另外今天想問游泳池的中年人看看 結果卻被說身體不能跟著上上下下
蝶式上半身要定住不動 動下半身就好
他好像聽不懂我的問題= = 而且我照著他那樣上身都不動碟腰都不會前進
好像跟拿浮板一樣
請各位版友指導一下 3Q
最近練蝶式很HAPPY 到游泳池都是30分鐘內游完1000 就開始玩XD
