[問題] 如何改善下半身太沈重的問題
從小就是田徑隊的選手
大腿肌肉非常發達
所以學游泳對我來說是很痛苦的事
現在雖然具備基本的泳姿
但總覺得游起來很費力
因為腳非常沈,好像拖著2個鉛塊在游的感覺
我自由式一次可游50公尺,但沒辦法連續不斷一直游
一定要休息30秒到1分鐘才可以游下一趟
很想把自由式練好一點
有沒有什麼方式可以改善腳太沈的問題
