[泳技] 蝶式的問題
有鑑昨日大大熱情的回應,今天早上參加泳訓時,問了教練如何入水壓胸!
他說…我自己的方法是入水後水先下壓,這樣子就可以造成從手到腳的律動!
因為今天自己在游時,他仍提到我好像在入水後,只有腰部以下在海豚律動!
少了上半身的,這樣子會比較累,不知道各位大大造成身體律動的方法為何?
可以請給一些建議嗎?謝謝!
