[問題]關於游泳後乳清攝取
想請問一下各位關於乳清蛋白的問題
就是小弟現在每天都在訓練游泳 每天游完都肌肉非常痠痛及無力
但第二天沒有痠痛感覺
因為也想讓身體變厚實一點(目前屬於精瘦型)
想要請教一下是否可以在游泳過後也補充乳清蛋白 會有效果嗎?(我每次都有ㄍ一ㄥ
到精疲力竭才起來)
其實游泳也會讓身體變結實 但想讓身體變大隻
因為每次游泳完 都還會去做些少量重訓及肌肉放鬆 隔了很久才進食
想說如果在游完泳的那一當下就補充乳清蛋白是否也會讓肌肉變大的效果呢?
如果有效的話 是要喝高熱量乳清蛋白 還是低熱量乳清蛋白
