[問題] 蛙式夾水問題請教
最近每次練習完蛙式後,隔天兩腳腳踝內側的肌腱 (好像叫脛後肌肌腱) 就會痠痛。
以前游蛙式的時候都不會,有次透過攝影的方式發現,我夾水時腳部沒有完全併攏,
所以後來刻意再夾水時,用力併攏,而造成現在這種狀況。
請問夾水時正確動作的發力過程應該是如何呢?
是收腿時放鬆,蹬出時用力,夾水時再放鬆這樣的過程嗎?
懇請高手指導。
