Re: 關於SPACE的課程消失
I had been to one flow yoga session.
Bree is my teacher. If you have been to the hot yoga, you will
feel the floww one is pretty much easy and comfortable.
For me, I think sicne the tuition for each class is expensive,
so I will choose the hot one, coz you will find it's worthy.
You can have all other kinds of yoga outside SPACE, I think
we don't need to spend that amount of money on flow yoga..
Anyway, you still can try
