[請益] 上完有氧再上瑜珈
昨天晚上先上了一堂BodyStep 接著上Stretch Yoga (中間相隔20分鐘)
上瑜珈的時候發現筋拉不太開 尤其是大腿內側和後側 腳踝也滿僵硬的
一整堂課都做的不太舒服 有種卡卡的感覺
請問這是不是表示不應該上完有氧馬上接著瑜珈呢?
(我原本是想說, 上完有氧做Stretch Yoga剛好可以拉筋..)
還是說我上完有氧後應該做些什麼動作舒緩一下 做瑜珈的時候才不會不舒服?
