[請益] 柔軟度差
最近開始接觸瑜珈 不過有些需要柔軟度的動作做不到
像是雙腳伸直坐姿不能駝背就讓我很困擾
我一定要盤腿才有辦法拉直脊椎 腳要伸直的話一定會駝背
別針式我的手也沒辦法碰地板 抓小腿的話要屈膝(體長180
有椎間盤突出病史 由於不是小班制所以下課很倉卒忘記問老師
不知道要怎麼去取捨
還有想知道有沒有椎間盤突出的禁忌動作呢?
像是弓式就不要抓腳 用雙手交叉於腰後取代
其實本來是想學習皮拉提斯 不過台中還沒找到適合的 或者課程費用太高
所以先到佳儷上看看瑜珈及瑜珈提斯
爬文後才發現瑜珈提斯好像強度又比皮拉提斯強一些 囧
