New Fiorentina Coach Cesare Prandelli has told Viola fans that it will take
time before the Viola are challenging for the Scudetto again.

“Perhaps the fans want us to play attractive football straight away – but I
’m not worried,” the tactician told reporters at a pre-season Press
conference.
"或許球迷希望馬上可以踢出賞心悅目的足球-這我一點也不擔心。"
“Fiorentina will be great again, but we need time and we need patience.
"FIO將會重返榮耀，但這需要時間和耐心。"
“I have told my players that we will need to work hard, battle on the pitch.
I push my players hard.
"我告訴球員我們必須認真訓練及專注在球場上。我嚴厲地督促球員。"
“I want the side to be aggressive and break quickly on the counter attack,
and for my players to be fresh for the entire 90 minutes.”

Fiorentina are also expected to announce the arrival of Giuseppe Pancaro,
released from his contract by Milan this morning.
在今天早上被米蘭解約後，FIO將會簽入Pancaro。
The former Italian international, 33, spent 2 seasons at Milan, joining them
after a six-year spell at Lazio.
這位33歲前國腳在米蘭待了二季，之前更在Lazio待了6年。
The right-back is in Florence for his medical, but Prandelli announced that
he was happy with his squad regardless of the signing.
在Prandelli眼中右後衛是比較弱的地方，但他卻滿意目前的陣容。
“All weaknesses in the squad that I identified have been filled to my
satisfaction,” he added.
"目前在陣中軟肋的地方，都補強到我滿意的地步。"
Striker Valeri Bojinov could not hide his enthusiasm for the new season and
told waiting TV cameras: “We start with a clean slate. We have a new Coach,
a new sporting director and new players.”
"我們將和新的伙伴展開新的球季，我們有新的教練、新的體育主管和新的隊友。"
Meanwhile, it looks increasingly unlikely that Bojinov will have Palermo's
Luca Toni as a strike partner next season.
然而，Bojinov和Toni搭檔的機會好像愈來愈小。
“I want the Toni transfer concluded by Wednesday", Palermo President
Maurizio Zamparini told reporters.
"我希望Toni的交易可以在週三完成。"
“I've spoken to my sporting director Rino Foschi, ordering him to bring the
saga to an end and my opinion is that Toni will still be a Palermo player
next season.”

Palermo have also extended their partnership with Lotto for a further five
seasons.
