Luca Toni will not leave Fiorentina, confirmed Viola chief Diego Della Valle
after a crisis meeting with the player on Tuesday.
在歷經關鍵性會談話，FIO老板Della Valle表示Toni不會離開FIO。
The industrialist attended a Press conference with Toni himself and sporting
director Pantaleo Corvino, seemingly putting an end to a lengthy saga and
dismissing once and for all rumours about the player’s imminent move to
Inter.
Della Valle隨同Toni及Corvino出席記者會，似乎想要把炒得沸沸揚揚的轉會傳聞
畫上句點。
“Luca understood our reasons and will stay, he is a great player and will
continue to be an asset for Fiorentina,” said Della Valle.
Della Valle表示"Luca知道我們挽留他的原因，他也很願意留下來繼續成為FIO的一份
子。"
“The player knows that he is essential for our future projects, I appreciate
his understanding,” he added.
"Luca知道自己對於FIO未來計畫的重要性，我很感謝他的諒解。"
“It only took us five minutes to clarify all the previous misunderstandings,
with no need to speak about any economical aspects,” added the patron.
"我們只花了五分鐘就化解先前的誤會。"
“It isn’t common to see a player give more importance to the affection for
the shirt he wears than to the money, these things happen very rarely.”
"很難見到球員重視自己所穿球衣重於金錢，這是很難得的事。"
Toni also wished to clarify the reasons of this decision, totally unexpected
after his last statements when he reiterated that he preferred to leave in
order to complete his dream of fighting for the Scudetto and the Champions
League.
在先前出人意料地公開表示想為拿下義甲冠軍及參加歐冠而打算離隊後，Toni也想有個
能說明的機會。
“I had a chat with the President and that was enough, now I only want to
play and try to achieve important results with Fiorentina,” said last year’
s Serie A top scorer.
Toni表示"我和主席交談過後這就夠了，現在我只想在FIO拿下重要的成績。"
“I am totally convinced of my decision to stay here and am eager to start
training with my teammates,” noted Toni as he shattered Inter’s hopes of
netting him.
"對於留下的決定我充滿信心，現在我只想和隊友展開練習。"這表示Toni粉碎加盟
國米的傳聞。
Toni returned from his vacation on Monday and immediately joined his Viola
teammates in San Piero a Sieve, where he held his first training session of
the season before leaving for the clarification meeting with Della Valle.
Toni在週一結束休假，並在與Della Valle會面前，已經展開季前的訓練。
Inter are now expected to pursue their interest in the Juventus duo of Zlatan
Ibrahimovic and David Trezeguet.
現在，國米似乎已經把目光放在祖文的Ibrahimovic和Trezeguet。
