[傳聞] Viola track Barca's Motta

Fiorentina are interested in Thiago Motta of Barcelona in a bid to boost
their midfield options for next season.
The Viola are looking for some combative ball-winners and the Sao Paulo-born
Brazilian is a candidate.
Reports in Tuscany this evening suggest that the 25-year-old is liked by boss
Cesare Prandelli who has given the thumbs up the proposed move.
Motta is contracted to the Nou Camp outfit until June 2008, but could leave
given his lack of use over recent times.
The South American could reportedly be netted for as little as ￡3.5m by the
Italian outfit.
Viola sporting director Pantaleo Corvino could make initial contact with the
Spanish giants by the end of this month to start negotiations.
