Your Healing - Tape Machines 本套前幾次感想: 這套開始開放沒有舞台但有鏡子的場地可以老師跟學員同側有舞台(例如WG有氧教室)的還是以面對學員為主上半Block- We face the Mirrors Now 單抬膝旋轉再次出現(近期用最多的應該是92下半) 這動作主要會以大腿內側跟腹部核心收緊有關另外就是 BlackPink in Ur Area~ (這次G做的Let you go好好聽) Recovery接下半Block-Lasers, Lasers, everywhere很順這次的手肘單邊後拉+身體旋轉還蠻多的然後需要注意的是踢腳+雙腳交叉旋轉的步伐是說雷射槍之前也出現在Dance 03 Kammy(like i do) 是出現在104 Dance07 基礎律動的培養似乎有更強一些不會很難不過可以好好培養一下胸部跟骨盆附近的肌肉使用還有一些經典老歌(嘻哈教母/取樣Perfect) 是說跟Jam這次還蠻喜歡用lean Beck的律動 WG 3/11(一)開始新一季度歡迎來上新一季的Jam跟Dance! 另外2025 Les Mills Live 拍攝場在阿姆斯特丹(荷蘭) 另外公布四場是澀谷(日本)/北京/斯德哥爾摩(瑞典)/巴賽隆納(西班牙) 有興趣的可以搜尋Les Mills Live 2025看看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.39.52.62 (臺灣) ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Aerobics/M.1741711866.A.828.html
