雖然說的好像已經就要簽約了不過這幾天下來沒什麼進展以下都是一些小道消息本來切爾西肯出的價錢是￡17M，我們要賣￡25M 後來據說切爾西方面已經出到￡23M，但是高層還是不肯放人 Cashley為了能趕快轉會成功願意放棄如果他轉會所能獲得的￡1M"獎金" 不過好像沒什麼效果亨利雖然希望他留下說不管是作為隊長或是作為隊友，都很希望他留下來不過還是要祝他好運，他會非常想念他 http://home.skysports.com/list.aspx?hlid=410534&plid=3785&clid=3&cpid=8 萊曼也說他不希望 Cashley離開，但相信球隊的板凳深度有辦法應付這問題既然上季 Cashley缺陣那麼多場都可以挺過來，相信這季也可以 "I would love to play on with him, but I think there is no chance.
