What that means is if the Chicago Bulls can find a team willing to absorb some of Boozer's contract sending some other contracts (possibly bad contracts/Anthony Randolph example) back to the Chicago Bulls, they can complete a sign-and-trade and give Carmelo Anthony the maximum salary.
