"WE are now in Spain and the players have to adjust to the warmer conditions.
I think they are enjoying the sun.
"The players went through a series of sprints on the golf course in the
morning. These sprints included uphill runs and that was all about power work
and getting strength in the legs. The sprints were all at different paces.
"Our football session in the evening was tactical, mostly about defending and
protecting our goal.
"We are training with great facilities - good pitches, gym, close to the
beach - and we are all happy, but it's hard work."

球員們必須適應更炎熱的環境 他們可能非常享受陽光
在早上球員們在高爾夫球場的幾處全力衝刺著 上坡可以視為力量訓練
依照不同的地形需要用不同的腳步應對
足球課則是在晚間進行 大部分都是練防守和進球
在這邊我們有很好的場地和體育館 離海邊也很進
大家都很高興但是又很認真練習
