在西班牙的第二天我們全隊踢沙灘足球來放鬆移師西班牙果然是有陰謀的 XD 當然早上還是先跑了高爾夫球場 Ramos和教練團帶著球隊到了海灘還是不免俗的在沙灘跑了一下步 Alvarez解釋說這是力量訓練之後就是歡樂的沙灘活動!! first team coach Marcos Alvarez explained: "The sprinting routines in the sand were all about power work but then it was about a more fun element.
