Juventus have asked the footballing authorities to rescind
Igor Tudor's contract with the Italian giants.

The Bianconeri are hoping to take advantage of a clause in his agreement
which will annul terms should he not feature for more than eight months
because of injury.
Tudor已經因傷缺陣八個月。
Tudor has been plagued by several physical problems over the past few years
and his latest setback occurred in August during a friendly against Spezia.

The one time Manchester United target had surgery as a result,
but that has proved unsuccessful and he will now travel to Germany
with the hope that muscle specialist Muller Wolfhart can aid his recovery.

The 28-year-old joined Juve in 1998 from Hajduk Split,
but has failed to live up to the expectations preceding his arrival.

The Croatian has been unable to train regularly since his return
from Siena in the summer, where he spent two seasons on loan.

Juventus are now hoping that their request will be accepted in an effort
to stop paying the player's wages.

However, no matter what the CONI Board of Arbitration decide,
the relationship between Tudor and the Old Lady seems close to
an end as his contract expires in June anyway.
