不好意思亂入一下..........
寢技不一定要倒地才更能發揮 站立的關節勒頸 個人覺得是比倒地的關節勒頸還恐怖...
如果你遇到一個寢技的熟練者 要在短時間內打倒對方那厚實的身體跟脖子 感覺上有
難度....當然練寢技的人對於立技的練習可能也不含糊因為如果雙方都是站著開始的就
需要練習, 不是玩地板的人除了地板其他都是零....只是程度上有差...取決在練習
的方式與練習的量(經驗)
個人在柔道練習的經驗我反而覺得寢技的練習比立技重要....
原因是比較累....XD 柔道上 在地板運動的量比較大 可以練體力 加上身體關節的扭
轉角度大 又可以達到讓身體比較柔軟的效果 有拉筋的感覺 當然在不同方式的對侍
取決在經驗......提供一點意見參考....
