我個人剛好有受傷看中醫N久的的慘痛經驗
看到這段中醫最愛說的出來賭爛一下
中醫很愛講的就是什麼慢慢調養XX手法歸位骨骼跟神經
問題是這個西醫也能做到 而且通常還比中醫更快
中醫的話術就是跟你說他們可以讓關節什麼回到原位就會痊癒
問題是受傷不是只影響那個點
你受傷期間會避免去碰那個點 導致那個點附近肌肉功能退化
有些人傻傻相信中醫都不去動 結果到最後萎縮更嚴重
然後你一個地方受傷 身體為了維持平衡 會有另外一個點用比平常更大的力量去支撐身體
這叫做代償 也會一定機率出現換新的地方跟著受傷的狀況
像今年KD本來膝蓋受傷 剛復出的時候其他地方又傷了一下
你要避免舊傷復發 就是要強化傷處附近的肌肉
用加強後的其他肌肉去分攤受傷地方的壓力 避免二度受傷
像歐尼爾很久以前在太陽有一季回春過
就是因為有條肌肉受傷一直復發 太陽的訓練員教他強化其他肌肉
本來看起來快退休 結果那季他又打出20-10
要是中醫那套:我用XX手法幫你復位活絡筋骨 就不會舊傷復發囉^.<
我看美國的運動醫學不會那麼進步
