[問題] 跑步的訓練質量

請問各位跑友
在月總里程不變情況下
假設計畫月跑150k
想要增強肌耐力
將來可以跑半馬甚至全馬
訓練方式以下列何種為宜呢?
1.每1天5k(30/1*5k=150k)
2.每2天10k(30/2*10k=150k)
不要建議每天10k
只是業餘跑身體健康的
訓練量大,腳也是需要休息的
上面兩種方式只是假設
只是想知道在總訓練里程固定之下
到底是少量多跑還是多量少跑
哪種方式的訓練效果比較好呢?
