[問題] 如何維持跑步的動力和熱情已刪文

這是我第三次在板上發文...
去年七月中開始跑步 為了減肥
想當初癡肥到172cm 89kg
到目前為止 76kg 已參加過一場超半馬 兩場半馬 3場10k路跑
到上個月為止 每個月固定都有120k的跑量
不管慢跑快跑 均速大約都在5:25-5:50之間
但隨著天氣越來越熱 最近出門運動的動力越來越低
每次都跑不到10就覺得好累好煩 而且速度要維持平常的水準就有點吃力
取而代之買了啞鈴 在家裡做重訓 核心等等
前一陣子被我一起拉去跑步的同事們 反而看他們都跑得好開心= =
而且距離也越拉越長 我卻在那邊意興闌珊
曾經有一陣子已經認定跑步是我可以長時間維持的運動了
不過現在看起來有點快被打破....
不知道是真的天氣太熱還是怎樣 有沒有版友也有類似的狀況呢?
有的話又如何轉換心境? 畢竟跑步是我維持身材的根基 不想中斷.....
