[問題] 是否該適時休息慢慢跑

最近兩週整個很疲憊跑不動,課表開了跑一趟就關閉,有點灰心沒有衝勁,想上來聽聽
大家的建議!
去年底備戰全馬3:35持續至今年初備戰了半馬也達成目標1:36在國道跟海風半馬之後也沒
做什麼長時間休息,害怕累積的成果都還回去,固定一週跑5、6天早上5:00,3-7月跑量
持續300左右輕鬆跑或以漸加速方式執行。
預計今年底的台北全馬3:25,6月開啟週二間歇週四漸速周日長距離21-28K一個月有
兩次跑坡 爬升約380m,平均速度在5:10-6:00,7月中後課表都跑不完,懶洋洋腳一踩
出去就覺得這裡痠腿抬不起來。
我該怎麼調適呢?
