[問題] 半馬破二課表安排

如題 小弟是慢跑新手
今年台北馬拉松有幸抽中半馬
這也是小弟我的初半馬
因為想要有點挑戰 所以目標半馬破二
目前本週跑量會拉到36k
因為前面幾乎都是輕鬆跑瘋狂堆跑量
所以想要有點速度課來提升速度
昨天剛測試10k 約68分鐘跑完
前6k用鼻吸鼻吐 後面則是鼻吸嘴吐
整體跑到後面還保有體力衝刺
所以想問問各位高手們
這樣子的課表有機會破2嗎
負擔量會不會太大?
可能LSD配速應該要再慢點???
