[問題] Zone2 有氧疑問?

最近跑步的時 跑大概是之前的長距離配速
體感感覺在Zone2
但是一看心率已經到Zone3~4左右
即使後面降配速跑1K心率還是很高 Zone4左右
不過個人沒有感覺特別疲勞
最後跑完Zone4~5時間大概50分鐘左右
Zone5 是因為最後有衝刺
跑速度不快的配速即使是Zone4~Zone5的心率 但是不會感覺到特別疲勞
但是如果跑LT2的配速 一樣是Zone4~Zone5的心率 但是就會感覺到疲勞
這種情況算是體能進步?
還是有其他原因?
如果要跑Zone2的話 要看心率 還是抓體感?
個人計算心率應該是用儲備心率去抓心率區間
題外話 最近看到中國有個女網紅 全馬心率190...
這種情況是不是代表她的有氧區間心率也很高?
