[問題] 如何調整燒檔?

慢跑新手,請老手們鞭小力一點
目前跑距離大約5km,發現最近會燒檔大多發生在跑完4.8k~5k慢下來後想第二次衝刺時
現在穿的是迪卡儂的內褲,忘記型號
看過一些討論說尺寸要買小一點比較服貼,才不會摩擦
還有說再瘦一點就不會(要撐過再瘦一點時間),也有塗凡士林但還是有刺刺痛痛
目前感覺可以改善的,似乎是跑步內褲要挑緊一點的比較好嗎?
有沒有平價、舒適、適合長距離的款式推薦?
還是就要改換別間的貼身跑褲?目前一樣迪卡農
