[問題] 我有機會破4嗎?

大概2年半前開始跑步
報了3次渣打半馬
明年1月是第一次挑戰全馬
3次半馬成績為

從今年9月底開始堆跑量

每週大概執行如下:
day1 :
跑10k,配速5:10到5:40,
平均心率約155,後段會到162至176
day2:
跑11k,配速6:10到6:30
輕鬆跑,平均心率約138,後段常會飄移到140up
day3:
之前都重複day2
一個月前想說嚐試間歇試了3週的挪威4×4
最大心率約184
但因為沒跑過間歇
完整執行應該只有1次
多是配太快(約420)無法堅持到第4趟
day4:
大多休息或重複day2
day5:
假日長距離
從9月底開始週末最少會跑半馬
目前最長只跑過28k
配速多是輕鬆跑
最近一次有試5:50配速
目前最大的問題是只要過半馬的距離
身體就開始這邊痛那邊痛
是都可以跑完
但就算練到30k還有12k
此時同樣配速心率都來到150甚至160
或許可以撐完全程
破4似乎很難
現在離比賽剩約1個月
我打算放棄間歇日
改成5:30配速跑10到12k
另外就是剩幾次週末的長距離拉到30k
其餘維持不變
想請教如果想破4
剩下的訓練日該怎麼調整呢?
還是接受初馬610配速跑完明年再來?
另外因為是假日騎手
目前週末另一天都拿來騎車
約100k,爬升1000up
如果把騎車日改成練跑會比較好嗎?
要怎麼安排呢?
