[問題] 半馬全馬成績落差很大

一直以來我半馬跟全馬成績,落差都很大
今年初半馬破百 今天全馬跑出449 慘不忍賭
預計至少可以破四
沒想到差點是往另一頭破四
一直以為是練不夠,或是比賽狀況不好
但這幾年跑全馬成績都一樣差
從10月開始跑量也都提高到200k
一週一次lsd 一次高強度 其他輕鬆跑
賽前3周去跑高雄新的果嶺公園
上上下下跑26k多配速544體感輕鬆
跑完還感覺可以繼續 感覺不錯 想說這次穩了
沒想到比賽還是爆
到底是什麼問題還是體質真異於常人...

11月的練習狀況
我是輪班制 8天一輪
基本上1-2次強度 1次長距離慢慢加上去 夏天大概也是15k

跑量9月開始大概都接近200k
偶爾還會騎自行車交叉訓練 尤其7,8月熱死的時候跑不動
