[問題] 新手準備初半馬問題請教

各位版友前輩好,初次發文。
新手跑者 30y 173/72
參加過10k路跑約3-4次,大多是娛樂性質和同學一起跑。
因身邊有不少跑半馬或全馬的同事及朋友,自己也想認真跑步且有興趣,
決定給自己一個目標,今年前完成初半馬。
約1-2個月前開始,一周固定三跑。
平日5k*2+周末從7k逐步到10k*1,8分速完成。
能跑7分半,但心率會衝太快(過5k就超過Z2)
還沒嘗試過跑10k+以上距離。
詢問過ChatGPT給我一份簡易的半年跑步計畫,假設年底參加半馬:
平日跑5-7k*2+周末從10k逐月緩慢增加至17-18k,
(月跑量從80k增加到110k左右)
且17-18k能順利跑下來2-3次,半馬大概就沒問題。
幾個問題想請教各位版友前輩:
1.若初半馬只是以"順利完賽不停腳"為目標,上述計畫是否可行?
或有哪些部分建議可微調?
2.年底幾個台北的賽事(寶礦力路跑、長榮馬、台北馬),
是否適合當作新手初半馬的賽事呢?
3.看到蠻多說法是"長距離16-18k能跑下來,就能跑完半馬"
若想準備的更充足,是否要在訓練時跑過1-2次完整21k?
或其實沒必要?
4.其他任何給初半馬新手的建議?
