[問題] 請教如何10k跑50分以內

各位跑版大佬們好
小弟我目前的10k pb 大約53分左右
是在不久前萬金石的挑戰馬跑的
配速大概是第一公里 6’26(起跑人多
後面9公里平均配速大約5’10
之前是主練半馬 開始跑tempo進步到現在
近期感覺進步幅度慢慢變小
是不是該加入點間歇訓練了
也好奇以破50為目標 間歇該怎麼練
