[問題] 晨跑前的進食選擇

想請教各位,晨跑前有什麼好消化推薦的進食選擇嗎?
平常都是在晚餐後休息2小時跑步,但最近很常被朋友或同事約晚餐,想把跑步時間調到
早上,但之前有次晨跑前疑似吃太少,導致跑到一半整個人很不舒服。
後來爬文,早餐吃偏好消化、流質食物較好,那會推薦吃能量膠或蒟蒻當跑前早餐嗎?考
量到營養,可能跑後再吃點別的?
