本週禮拜天要去參加初次半馬
國家地理路跑
目前今天早上大概有跑15公里
5‘40的速度
目前都還沒練習到21公里
現在離比賽只有六天 我需要減少跑量嗎?
還是在這周測試看看21公里?
通常賽前 休息2天會太少嗎?
