[問題] 跑步補給能量膠選擇

今年準備挑戰人生第一場半馬當作送給自己的生日禮物
但是最近在補給上遇到一點小困擾,想請教大家的經驗
目前有試過迪卡農的能量膠,吃完肚子會有一種脹脹的悶感,很像喝完乳清蛋白後那種消
化不掉的感覺,雖然不像喝高蛋白會一直放屁,但跑起來肚子脹脹會反胃想吐。
也有吃過GU,空腹吃會超脹,而且會拉肚子,後來朋友推薦UP,肚子脹的問題好蠻多的,
但是有點太甜,那個甜會卡在喉嚨,不配水不行,看Rebbit上很多人推薦Maurten黑膠,P
TT上也看到好幾篇有分享,還有GA黃金甲太空膠跟SIS雙效能量膠也蠻多人討論,不知道
有沒有跟我一樣腸胃比較敏感的前輩,有試過這幾款的,或是比較推薦的也歡迎分享
