[問題] 女生練扣球

as title,原PO是個女生
不知道該不該說一下自己的身體條件 大約159/44 上半身十分瘦弱
最近重新開始練扣球 並且稍微抓到了球點
不過很遜的一點是:常常一個下午幾場球 扣沒幾顆就覺得手累了沒力沒力的囧
要說多沒力 大概就是有種手腕就算硬壓也壓不下去的無力感吧(滾
所以想問說有沒有什麼辦法可以改善這種"應該是屬於肌力"的問題.____./
如果把肌力增強了,那是否連帶地扣球的力道跟距離也會增加??
